Its creation relies on the use of natural resources whose extraction and transformation can lead to significant social and environmental impacts: ecosystem degradation, unequal working conditions, or insufficiently regulated exploitation of certain raw materials.

Aware of these issues, Kalyra adopts a measured approach, guided by the desire to evolve its practices with fairness.

Our creations come to life from rigorously selected materials. The eco-responsible brass we favor is chosen for its intrinsic qualities as much as for production aiming to limit its impact.

Each piece receives particular attention regarding its composition and finishes: sterling silver, rhodium-plated sterling silver, vermeil — sterling silver covered with 24-karat gold — or eco-responsible brass enhanced with yellow or white gold plating, in 14, 18, or 24 karats... All these choices reflect a demand for quality, durability, and longevity.

Depending on the creations, some pieces incorporate natural stones. Each presents nuances, reflections, and peculiarities that make it unique; their composition is detailed transparently on a case-by-case basis.
